The top of the frame is marked “G” to the right of the ejector. The left side of the frame is marked “FJA” above and behind the trigger, “P” behind the magazine release and “7” at the top left trigger bow. The barrel is marked with a “P” on the left side just behind the link and with “HS” on the right side just behind the link. The rear of the slide is marked “G” just below the firing pin channel. The top of the slide is marked “P” between the rear sight and the ejection port. U.S.A.” This marking is about 1” in length.
